My Story

My name is Hyelim Jodie Park. 

I am an artist with a background in Technical Theatre from Capilano University and General Fine Art from Emily Carr University of Art and Design.

I have a diverse range of experience in the theater industry, having worked on various aspects of stage production, including scenic painting, prop-making, and stage management. Over the years, I have contributed to esteemed productions at organizations such as Caravan Farm Theatre, Great Northern Way Scene Shop, Bard on the Beach, Royal City Musical Theatre, Firehall Theatre, TouchStone Theatre, and Fraser Valley Stage. Through these roles, I have enhanced my skills in set design, scenic painting, prop management, and stagecraft, making me a versatile and creative professional in the field of theater arts.

 

Recently, I've worked as the lead artist on a mural for a community at Seoul Cafe in Kensington in Calgary. With a multitude of experiences in hand, I am currently eager to concentrate on creating works that reflect my unique style.
